EQ Filter

The movable dots each represent a filter used to equalize (or EQ) the audio. Filters allow you to boost or lower certain frequencies.

Shelf Filters (Purple)

These dots boost or cut everything above (high shelf) or below (low shelf) the selected frequency. Perfect for adding broad bass or treble presence.

Peaking/Notch Filters (Blue-Green)

These affect a narrow band around the selected frequency. Use them to target specific issues like harsh resonances or to add "punch" to specific instruments.

How to control

  • Left/Right:Select lower or higher frequencies.
  • Up/Down:Increase or decrease the volume (gain) of those frequencies.
